The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the product and it has been inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If the product passes the relevant quality check, you can expect a complete refund/exchange within 21 days.
The decision by the Quality Assurance Department shall be final and binding for all refund/exchange.
In case of exchange, if the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer shall pay the difference.
If any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange/refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
Kindly keep in mind that customised products (including 'fly solo' and all tourmaline products) are not eligible for return or exchange. We are also unable to exchange/refund any items once they have been altered by another jeweller.
Please keep in mind that we accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects.

We accept a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order details and order number.
