All products are eligible for return/refund/exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the Product*. No exchange/return/refund request will be entertained for any reason after 7 days. The Product to be returned or exchanged should be accompanied by:
  • Original Packaging in sellable/unused condition with no scratches, wear and damage or alteration.
  • Certificate (If Any)
  • Invoice Copy of the Product

The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the product and it has been inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If the product passes the relevant quality check, you can expect a complete refund/exchange within 21 days.

The decision by the Quality Assurance Department shall be final and binding for all refund/exchange.

In case of exchange, if the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer shall pay the difference.

If any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange/refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.

*Kindly keep in mind that customised products (including 'fly solo' and all tourmaline and emerald products) are not eligible for return/exchange or refund. All emerald and tourmaline jewelry is made to order.  Natural inclusions in gemstones are not manufacturing defects. We are also unable to exchange/refund any items once they have been altered by another jeweller.

*Please keep in mind that we accept returns/refund only in case of manufacturing defects. We are liable for all defects that are discovered at delivery and within 7 days of the delivery. We cannot refund/exchange rings with another product category or another ring as the rings are made to your size.

Please note that the amount with regards the exchange/refund will be the amount that was paid by you at the your time of purchase. Also, we cannot exchange a higher priced item with a lower priced one.

We are not responsible for any wear and tear issues that are caused to the jewellery. We can arrange for a pick up and repair service on a chargeable basis.

Cancellation Policy

We accept a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, write to us on, with your order details and order number.
